Frugalia Animated it´s an awesome animated theme for iOS. 

For use this theme FIRST do you need to install Toonsy by @Va2ron1 a platform of animated themes totally free from this repo http://repo.va2ron1.comhttp://repo.va2ron1.com and later you can install Frugalia. The clock icon need to install from Snowboard.
